Password encryption · drafts & exports
Choose a unique customer password of at least 16 characters. It protects downloaded packets. Do not use the confederation name or filer email, and do not include the password in the same email as the packet.
Checking agent-key encryption availability. Automatic return-mail processing is separate from encrypted downloads. If the verified agent key is unavailable, downloads use your customer password only; generate a new packet when agent-key encryption is available.
AES-256-GCM · PBKDF2-SHA-256 · 600,000 iterations. Each export uses a fresh random salt and nonce. Customer passwords are not included in saved drafts, packets, or server requests. Filenames show the year, confederation name, and form type. Form entries remain readable in this active tab; encryption does not secure a compromised device. There is currently no password recovery.

Decrypted files downloaded from here are not password-protected. Protect them on your device and re-encrypt signed copies before emailing sensitive information.
Encrypt a signed copy for return
After signing, choose the signed PDF and enter the confederation name in its form. This creates an encrypted copy for return to [email protected]; it does not send email or authenticate the signature.

Submit your renewal packet
Completed forms are routed to [email protected], with a filer copy from [email protected] for return in the same email chain. Use Reply and retain both system Reply-To addresses: [email protected] and [email protected]. Decrypted copies go only to [email protected]. Downloads are password-encrypted .enc packets, not directly readable PDFs. Official email submission remains paused until automatic agent decryption is ready.
Electronic signature & IP record
Type your legal name and optionally draw your signature. Recording it captures a UTC timestamp and the IP/request metadata observed by the server. This is an electronic-signature record, not a certificate-backed digital signature or independent identity verification.
Checking official-copy email connection. Submission stays disabled until the connection is verified.
